I'm betting you and I have a lot in common. For one thing, we both see what's happening to our planet and our climate. And with the midterm elections just around the corner, we both know we've got to act.

Our country and our planet are at a crossroads. Trump Republicans are gearing up for one hell of a fight. They're doing everything possible to win back power so they can send our country backward. Their goal: more profits for their polluter pals no matter the consequences.

The NRDC Action Fund is leading the fight to stop them. That's why I'm writing to ask for your support, and to let you know that if you donate now, your gift will be DOUBLED by our generous donors. The NRDC Action Fund needs to raise $100,000 by midnight on Sept. 30 to keep fighting for our planet — will you make a donation today to support us?

That's right! If you donate $5 or more to the NRDC Action Fund, every dollar will be DOUBLED. But you've got to hurry because that match expires at midnight tomorrow. Will you join me and help them raise the $100,000 they need before tomorrow's deadline?

Do you want polluters in charge of Congress, dismantling our environmental laws, and preventing any action on our climate crisis? Or do you want to see our government protect our health and planet and take the climate crisis seriously?

That's why the NRDC Action Fund is fighting like hell to get the vote out where it matters most, in key battleground states and districts. At the same time, they're fighting to ensure that the recently passed Inflation Reduction Act is implemented as swiftly as possible, and pressuring the Biden administration to implement this climate-saving law with all the power it has.

Speaking of the Inflation Reduction Act, isn't it amazing what we were able to do when we came together to push for bold climate action? We secured massive climate investments that will go a long way towards building our clean energy future!

If we show up and vote for climate champions in November, there's no telling where we can go next. But if pro-polluting forces win this November, you better believe they're going to try and roll back that historic win. Will you help me make sure that doesn't happen?
