In 2020 the EPA concluded that glyphosate is “safe” and “not likely” to cause cancer. But now the EPA has been forced to review their flawed assessment, because a federal judge found the agency ignored human health studies, expert advice and the agency’s guidelines for determining cancer risk!

Glyphosate is the key ingredient in Bayer-Monsanto’s Roundup, the most widely used pesticide in the U.S. The World Health Organization and California state scientists agree glyphosate is linked to cancer.

For decades, Monsanto and now Bayer have waged a ruthless misinformation campaign to cover up any science linking glyphosate to cancer. They’ve even come after EWG, calling our pesticide work “propaganda.”

EWG won’t be silenced. Consumers need to know the truth about glyphosate’s health risk, and EWG will never stopping fighting to protect you from toxic pesticides like glyphosate. But we can’t do it alone.
