Today was supposed to be our biggest fundraising day yet, but instead we fell waaay short, and now we’re scrambling—that’s the honest truth.

We recently made big investments in our digital ads and field operations to try and put some distance between me and JD in the polls, so there couldn’t be a worse time for our fundraising to stall out.

There are no do-overs, team. If we come up short on our final End-of-Quarter goal before Election Day, we’ll be sitting ducks for the GOP’s attacks.
