And Congress Approved Almost a Trillion More

Less than a day after 2000 documents were published proving the
government knew the Afghanistan War was unwinnable and lied to us about
it for the past 18 years, Congress approved nearly a trillion dollars
more in defense spending for 2020 alone.

We're over there building infrastructure for people who don't want it
while there are people in America without safe running water, food, and
access to medical care. So far we've spent more than 3 trillion dollars
over there. Why aren't more people angry about this?
