Jack, abortion rights are under attack everywhere. And with the midterm elections less than 40 days away, we have two ballot measures that we must win: Michigan (where we are on offense) and Kentucky (where we're playing defense.)
Kansas voters decisively defeated an anti-abortion measure in August, which proves that we can win these fights everywhere—if we stand up today and fight for our freedoms.

After the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, we saw a huge gender gap in new voter registration—especially with young voters, angry at the assault on reproductive rights. That is why we were able to soundly defeat the Kansas initiative, and why we can win again.
In Michigan, organizers gathered enough signatures to put Proposition 3 on the ballot—to enshrine Roe protections into the state constitution. We need funds to help register more voters, and also to help turn out infrequent voters who maybe only cast ballots in presidential years.
In Kentucky, we are opposing a right-wing measure similar to the Kansas amendment. The state courts in Kentucky have temporarily blocked a total ban on abortion, but if voters pass this amendment the courts will be powerless to intervene. We must defeat Amendment 2.
Chip in $5 to ensure the campaigns for "Yes on 3" in Michigan and "No on 2" in Kentucky have the necessary resources to wage a big grassroots campaign and win. We must defend our reproductive freedom in Michigan, Kentucky and elsewhere.
