These roles will support The Housing Licensing and Compliance Team based within the HMO Licensing administration team. You will be part of an admin team processing license applicationsreceived ready for further decision making and issuing of documents to license holders and ensuring compliance with legal processes.

You will need to be able to respondtogeneral enquiries including housing licensing and advising on the requirements of a license. To offer guidance and advice, by telephone, in writing and in person on basic housing and licensing conditions. *
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:* Ability to enter accurate data into a computer and to follow procedures to generate documents.
Knowledge and ability to use I.T systems including a variety of software packages in order to word process documents maintain databases, update, cleanse information and create reports.
The drive and self-motivation to work towards team and individual targets and contribute effectively without constant supervision.
Experience in providing excellent customer service, taking messages, telephone enquiries and face to face contact with customers.
