It’s a fact: Yvette Herrell wants to attack women and their doctors for seeking and providing reproductive health care– despite what New Mexicans want. Yvette Herrell is not only against a woman and her doctor’s right to choose what’s best for her, but she is also in favor of criminalizing women and doctors for having a life-saving abortions, even if a woman’s life is at risk or in cases of rape and incest.

Not only does Yvette Herrell want to put the government between a woman and her doctor, she wants to put them in jail . To make matters worse, Herrell voted against ensuring that insurance companies cover the cost of contraception [[link removed]] – a safe and effective means of preventing unwanted pregnancies in the first place. Herrell stated that Roe v. Wade was based on garbage "legal reasoning" despite having no legal experience. She isn't fit to make decisions around case law and she certainly isn't fit to make decisions about our bodies, which is why it is up to us to kick her out of Congress.
With election day only 40 days away , our window of opportunity is getting smaller and smaller. We need to act now if we want to make sure Yvette Herrell and the NM GOP don’t have any say in women's bodily autonomy.
