John – This is going to make your head spin, and I almost can’t believe I’m saying it. But it’s true. I believe Lindsey Graham.
A couple weeks ago Lindsey committed a cardinal sin for a Republican.
He accidentally told the truth.
In a press conference that apparently no one else in the right-wing universe was ready for, Graham announced his intention to push a national abortion ban through the Senate the moment the GOP retakes the majority.

His press conference was met with outrage by his fellow conservatives, but not for the reasons you may think.
It’s not that other right-wingers disagree with the idea of a federal abortion ban – in fact, many want a TOTAL ban, and they think Lindsey’s bill doesn’t go far enough.
The backlash was ALL about his timing and the fact that he “gave the game away.” That’s how we know he’s telling the truth about the GOP’s intentions.
Brand New Congress takes this threat seriously, and we are working to elect leaders who will actively fight for our right to reproductive freedom.

The House has already voted multiple times this year to codify Roe and protect abortion rights, but that vote keeps dying in the Senate where it’s being blocked by the filibuster.
Both Charles and John will fight to overturn the Jim Crow filibuster that is standing in the way of this and many other critical pieces of legislation.
Charles is running to defeat Rand Paul, one of the most radical members of the Senate. And John is running to fill an open seat currently held by a Republican.
Flipping these two seats with conscience-driven, bold, progressive fighters will absolutely transform the make-up of the United States Senate.
In addition to John and Charles, the BNC slate is loaded with powerful candidates who can DOUBLE our progressive power in Congress next year. But the clock is ticking. Early voting is already underway in several states, and within the next few weeks ballots will be cast all across the country.
