House Democrats recently passed the bipartisan Right to Contraception Act to enshrine women’s and families' right to access contraception into federal law.

My opponent, Rep. Chabot, voted no.

It’s time we make one thing very clear to Rep. Chabot:

Ohioans' long-held rights and freedoms are not up for negotiation.

Unfortunately, this is another example in a long line of horrible-but-not-surprising votes from Rep. Chabot in his 26 year tenure in Congress.

Look, I’m not shocked by Rep. Chabot’s vote.

From voting to ban abortion, to pushing for constitutional bans on gay marriage, and now voting to outlaw contraception, Rep. Chabot must be held accountable for his fringe beliefs and backwards ideology.
