Val Demings is closing in on Marco Rubio in Florida’s senatorial race.
A recent poll put Val Demings at 47% and Rubio at 49%. This race couldn’t be more important: The senate is up for grabs this midterm cycle and Rubio’s seat is one of the key seats Democrats need to flip in order to expand our majority.
Val’s within striking distance but she can’t do it alone.
Will you chip in $10 before the Federal Election Commission (FEC) reporting deadline this Friday to help Val Demings flip Marco Rubio’s seat? We’ve set a goal of raising $50,000 before midnight on Friday. [[link removed]]
Marco Rubio is bad at his job. He’s missed more votes than nearly 75% of senators. When he does bother to show up, Floridians lose: *
Marco Rubio opposed the bipartisan Infrastructure And Jobs Act, which will help lower costs for Floridians by repairing the state’s roads, investing in its ports, and protecting vital infrastructure from flooding.
He voted against the bipartisan Safer Communities Act to reduce gun violence, breaking his promises to Floridians that he made in response to the Parkland shooting.
He voted against capping insulin costs at $35, one of the most broadly popular health care actions Congress has taken in recent years.
Rubio needs to go NOW. Will you chip in $10 before the September 30 FEC deadline to help Val Demings unseat Marco Rubio? [[link removed]]
Thanks for your continued support.
Best,
Brett

Democratic candidates with professional experience serving their communities in government have a pragmatic approach to governing and know how to get things done, making for strong narratives and an ability to connect with voters uniquely.
However, when running for office, they often lack access to the professional campaign staff and wealthy donor networks that non-working class candidates do.
