I’m going to get this out of the way because I hate asking: If you can, will you chip in $2 before the FEC end-of-quarter deadline? Every dollar helps us connect with voters and get out the vote between now and Election Day.

With that ask out of the way, I can tell you a little more about why I love my job.

I’m a Maryland guy through and through. I was born here. I grew up here. I went to school here. I met my wife here. I raised my family here.

I want to keep working to make Maryland a great place to live for my children, my grandchildren, our neighbors, and all Marylanders.

And our Democratic majorities are doing that by passing legislation that has real, positive impacts on people’s lives.

Keeping our seat blue is essential to protecting our Democratic House majority, which is why we’re focused on talking to undecided voters over the next couple weeks (and why we continue to email you).

I’m so grateful for all of the hard work grassroots supporters like you have put into our campaign. Now, it’s time to bring it home. I’m humbly asking: Will you chip in $2 -- or whatever amount works for you -- before the last FEC end-of-quarter deadline of the election?
