[1]Alex Padilla for Senate

Hi,

I’m reaching out to ask you to split a contribution between my campaign and Mandela Barnes’ campaign for U.S. Senate in Wisconsin ahead of this week’s FEC fundraising deadline. I’ll explain more about why I support Mandela in a moment, but if you’re ready to flip Wisconsin and keep our Democratic Senate Majority, use this link to chip in now:

Like me, Mandela Barnes doesn’t have the typical background of a U.S. Senator. He’s a proud product of Wisconsin’s middle class, and I know that if we send him to the Senate he will stand up to special interests and put working people first.

But Mandela needs our help to do it. Despite being outspent by Republicans in Wisconsin, the latest polling shows Mandela down just one point to GOP Senator Ron Johnson.

It’s not just the polls that have us optimistic. Non-partisan elections experts say Ron Johnson is the most vulnerable Senator in the country, and CNN says Wisconsin is one of the seats most likely to flip this November.

But of course, that means Republicans are going to continue to throw everything they can at Mandela’s campaign. They’ve already spent millions of dollars attacking him, and there’s sure to be millions more before Election Day.

So please:

Can you split a contribution between my campaign and Mandela Barnes’ campaign in Wisconsin? Chip in before the FEC fundraising deadline on Friday so Mandela and I can report a HUGE number of donations.

This poll is going to make Ron Johnson and his dark-money groups launch even more vicious attacks than they have already. They are going to be desperate to do whatever they can to try to hold this seat.

So thank you in advance for anything you can give to help Mandela fight back and WIN.

Alex Padilla
