The importance of this race has become even more clear. I am running for Congress to advocate for the best interests of this district, the country, and the people & families who live here. My opponent has chosen to continue to abuse his power and disrespect taxpayers.

I have been talking with voters across the district about our vision for Wisconsin that gives everyday working families a shot at the American Dream, while Fitgerald’s vision is one that includes him hiding in Washington and making taxpayers pay the entire bill for his campaign flyers. 

No other Wisconsin U.S. House members have sent out more taxpayer funded messages than Fitzgerald. 

Scott Fitzgerald hasn’t bothered to engage with the regular folks of the 5th Congressional District, and why would he when he can just force us to fund his campaign? My goal as your next Congressman is to be transparent, open. and honest. We can do this while also  ensuring the kitchen table issues affecting all of us here at home are addressed and that everyone is held to the same set of rules. We need a Congressman who will work for the people, not make them pay for his campaign.
