Team – During the debate last Wednesday, Karen spelled out why Democrats can’t trust Rick Caruso:

Caruso was a Republican for at least 26 years. He even co-chaired – in 2016 – the presidential campaign of a Republican candidate who defunded Planned Parenthood in his state and defended his state’s ban on gay marriage.

Caruso registered as a Democrat just three weeks before filing for the mayoral race, and he has now spent $67 million and counting trying to convince us that he’s not an anti-choice Republican.

To fight back, we set a goal of raising $75,000 before the September end-of-month deadline, but right now, we're falling behind.
