In the past few years, right-wing SuperPACs and dark money groups have spent billions – yes, billions – of dollars in our elections.

That’s why Mark is a proud cosponsor of the DISCLOSE Act, which would expose and end the role that dark money plays in our election systems.

But last week, Senate Republicans filibustered the DISCLOSE Act. Now, the same party that wants to allow unlimited dark money to flow in politics wants control of the Senate.

We need to defend and expand our Democratic majority in November — and that starts with meeting our $30,000 end-of-quarter goal before the deadline. Contribute $5 now.

It’s time to take action. We have to stop huge donors from pouring in dark money to influence our elections. We need transparency and accountability in Washington for this democracy to work.
