We raised our voices and called on world leaders to create change, for women and girls, for the planet, and to end poverty. Here’s the result: $2.4 billion to help end extreme poverty! Global Citizens around the world took over 2 million actions to advocate for the cause. Additionally, five companies signed on to the UN-led Race to Zero initiative to reach net-zero emissions by 2050 as part of the Global Citizen campaign. |
The impact of our actions will be felt by the millions of people across the globe who need our help most. For the past ten years, Global Citizens have worked tirelessly to eliminate extreme poverty, and in doing so, have changed the lives of 1.15 billion people. But we’re just getting started.
