Despite having world leading biomedical research capacity, failures of both national and international leaders meant that vaccination in Brazil was delayed. As a result Brazil has the 2nd highest number of COVID-19 deaths in the world. This week Health Poverty Action has been attending the UN General Assembly in New York as part the People’s Vaccine Alliance, to demand that world leaders act now to share the science. And that this tragedy does not happen again. A preview of our film was shown at a side event of Ministers, policy makers and civil society and now we launch it online! Please help us bring this message to World Leaders. Share this Tweet or the full film and demand world leaders #Sharethescience In solidarity, Sam Spong Policy and Campaigns Officer |
