My name is Alyssa, and I wanted to reach out and personally introduce myself as Jen’s deputy finance director! It’s my job to make sure we reach every one of our fundraising goals and have the resources we need to keep running an effective campaign.
I won’t sugarcoat it: I get nervous as every deadline approaches wondering if we’ll reach our goal. But this grassroots team has stepped up so many times before – and I know y’all can do it again.
Our Republican opponent Pete Stauber has access to a giant rolodex of millionaire and billionaire donors to fill his campaign war chest. And with just one call to Kevin McCarthy and the NRCC, he can expect a windfall of support from the national Republicans.
We’ll be honest, we don’t have those same types of connections – but we do have YOU!
I’m so proud of the campaign we’re running because it’s all about putting people first. Pundits on both sides of the aisle know we can win if we can build the resources. That’s why we’re counting on you today:
