Our candidates are battling one of the largest far-right, extremist waves we've seen in
generations.
Just look at some of the issues on the line in November:
Democracy. Nearly 60% of voters will have at least one election denier on the ballot in November. If even one conspiracy theorist wins a position overseeing elections — whether statewide or local — the future of our democracy will be at risk.
Abortion rights. With
Roe v. Wade overturned, the battle for abortion and reproductive rights is in state legislatures and cities across the country. Over 56% of our endorsed candidates are running for state legislative positions that will have a massive impact on our access to health care.
Education. Conservatives are making big investments in school board races this year, forcing far-right values on students. There are over 20,000 school board positions up in November. If we want to protect our youth (including LGBTQIA+ youth), make sure students learn the true and often ugly history of the U.S., and prevent book banning, these school board races are a must-win for progressive candidates.
This is nothing short of an "everyone all-in" moment, especially in these critical final few weeks ahead of Election Day. Our candidates are knocking on doors, picking up phones, and registering voters. Every dollar you give can make a difference in races that can come down to just a few dozen votes.
