I’ve worked on A LOT of campaigns in my day and have learned some extremely valuable lessons about what it takes to fight for democracy.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that attack ads will be levied. And even more importantly, they’re much more impactful when they’re not answered swiftly. Especially this close to Election Day.
The National Republican Campaign Committee and far-right SuperPACs are planning to run millions of dollars worth of ads against Wiley to try and muddy the waters as the election approaches. They will run attack ads against Wiley on any platform available.
There is no way around it: this will be an incredibly tough race in NC-13. We need to fight back and we must work together to protect democracy. There’s no better way to do that than by helping Wiley hit his final quarterly fundraising deadline of the election cycle.
