In less than two weeks, voters in California's 49th District will begin receiving their ballots in the mail. With Election Day closing in, we wanted to update you on what we’re contending with this month:

>> The dark-money super PAC aligned with Kevin McCarthy officially began airing baseless attacks against Mike on TV and digital platforms.

>> Our self-funding opponent recently injected $1.4 million from his personal fortune into potentially game-changing TV ads.

>> Our final FEC fundraising deadline before Election Day hits this Friday, but as it stands, we’re coming up short of our goal. We set out to raise $100,000 in online donations and are roughly $55,000 behind that mark.
