My opponent just aired an attack ad against me full of lies. He claims I support raising the price of groceries and defunding the police. He didn’t even bother to make up a source!
Friend, I urgently need to respond and make sure the voters know these are lies. We only have 42 days left to get the truth out. Can you rush a donation to my Emergency Response Fund ahead of our Sept. 30 End-of-Quarter deadline?

You may be wondering “how can Kiley get away with this?” Unfortunately, it is perfectly legal to lie in political advertisements. While companies aren’t allowed to make false claims in ads, candidates are protected under “political speech.” As a lawyer, Kiley knows this, and he’s using it to his full advantage, no matter how unethical it is.
It’s not the first time Kiley has made things up. During our last debate, Kiley spread false voter fraud claims to justify not answering if he thinks the 2020 election was “legitimate” — earning himself a Trump endorsement. He’s just another career politician willing to sell us out for a taste of power.
Team, Democrats are saying we have one of the best chances in the country to flip a red seat blue, and it’s clear that’s making our opponent nervous, and more desperate. We can flip this seat and send a pro-choice doctor rather than an anti-choice career politician to Congress this November, but we need your help.
Any amount you can give before September 30 to help us reach our End-of-Quarter fundraising goal goes immediately to flipping this seat blue and protecting the pro-choice Democratic House Majority.
