When the government attacked the Endangered Species Act, you refused to stay
silent. More than 18,871 Animal Legal Defense Fund members signed petitions
calling for the reversal of rollbacks to the Endangered Species Act in order to protect
vulnerable animals.

Despite this outcry, the government went forward with damaging changes to how it
implements the Endangered Species Act. So we’ve filed a lawsuit. Everything is on the line here — if we don’t succeed, animals entitled to the
