After SCOTUS overturned Roe v. Wade last spring, Jena joined the Governor in making it clear that Colorado will not extradite ANYONE for the criminalization of abortion care in other states.
If American voters do not turn out at the polls, more states may move to strip away Americans’ fundamental right to reproductive health care.
