Dear Friend,

In an op-ed published in CT Examiner, Connecticut Republican Party Chairman Ben Proto underscored that while “Connecticut families are struggling,” Democrats in Washington and Harford “have no plan to make Connecticut affordable.”

In fact, Proto said, “Democrats proposed trillions of dollars in taxpayer-funded government programs that will drive inflation and prices even higher.” Highlighting voters’ frustrations, he blasted liberals, saying, “While families face ever-increasing financial peril, Democrats in Hartford and Washington are watching Connecticut burn.”

Bottom line: In 43 days, as Chairman Proto said, “voters have a choice: continue to elect the people who have failed Connecticut and put us on the path to the bottom or elect Republicans to lead our state and put us back on the path to prosperity, freedom, and success.”
