In case you missed it, it was reported last week that Phil is TIED with his Republican opponent. And national Republicans think they have a real chance to beat Phil with their playbook of deceptive attack ads. To that end, the Republican Attorneys General Association, which is dedicated to electing anti-choice state AGs, is gearing up to spend millions on attack ads against Phil.
