John – Even though we’re still over 40 days away from Election Day, voting is already happening (!!) in many parts of the country.
Early voting kicked off earlier this month in Pennsylvania and Vermont, where BNC candidates John Fetterman and Becca Balint are each on the ballot in statewide races for open seats.
Michigan launches early voting this week, where BNC’s Rashida Tlaib is up for reelection, and more states will follow as we head into October.

There’s a lot on the line in this midterm election. Not only are we fighting to keep Republicans out of power, we’re working hard to send committed, conscience-driven, working-class progressives who will actually fight for working people to Congress.
We have made progress in the last year. Our BNC representatives successfully pressured the Biden administration to deliver student debt relief to tens of millions of Americans and pushed Congressional leadership to pass the most ambitious climate action bill in history.
None of that would have happened without our movement, and it’s proof that we are making an impact. But we have to do more.
We have an unprecedented opportunity to grow progressive power in Congress next year.
Our candidates are running to flip red seats, fill open seats, and replace corporate, career politicians to fight for working people. And we can send them all to Congress if we have the resources needed to support them.
If Republicans regain control of either the House or Senate, every progressive priority will be set back for decades.
But if we elect the Brand New Congress slate, we can make some REAL change in Congress.
