JOHN,
We have 11 counties in our district and I visit them all as often as I can. Those who follow our campaign on social media see the many places I stop and the many faces I meet who are eager for the change this movement promises to bring to our region.
I love connecting with you, my friends and neighbors, to talk about the most pressing issues facing the First District. I’m writing to highlight some of the stops I’ve made in the last few weeks, but first I’m asking if you’ll contribute to our campaign so we can hit our $25,000 goal before Friday at midnight. Click here to chip in.
Here’s some of what I’ve been up to on the campaign trail…
A group of Farmers for Mizeur & friends gathered at St. Brigid’s Farm in Kennedyville for a meet & greet. We had a great dialogue about the agriculture section of my EconomyFirst plan and our Agri-Climate proposal.
I joined the rest of our dynamic Democratic ticket at the Maryland Dems BBQ. Together, we’ll win in November and keep delivering for Marylanders across the state.
I stopped by the Bel Air Festival for the Arts and met with lots of excited supporters. I cannot thank you all enough for the kindness, joy, and enthusiastic spirit you share with me at every campaign stop.
Supporters in Harford County have been hosting bipartisan house parties we call “Heather in the Hot Seat,” which is an effort to reach out to independent and Republican voters who we welcome to join our unity coalition. We are ready for a Congresswoman who puts aside partisanship to focus on progress.
Unlike Andy Harris, who tries to hide from voters, I’m proud to show up and connect with you in every corner of the First District.
Help us keep up our momentum by chipping in $10 or any amount before our deadline on Friday night.
With gratitude,
Heather |
