Let me tell you about Tony’s history, John.
He was the first in his family to graduate from college after his parents immigrated from Peru.
Then, he became a teacher and was soon elected to the Omaha Public Schools Board.
Now, he’s serving in the Nebraska legislature as the body’s first Latino Democrat.
Simply put, Tony isn't afraid of hard work.
And that’s exactly why he’s the leader that we all need in the United States Congress.
