Hi Friend,

From his 7-year indictment for securities fraud to his attempt to overturn the 2020 election results, our Attorney General is no stranger to embarrassing our state. But Ken Paxton’s latest foible may just take the cake.

Yesterday, while attempting to be served with court documents, the Attorney General ran away. Yeah, you heard that right. Ken Paxton RAN.

The top law enforcement officer in our state has been and continues to evade the law. Friend, how damn embarrassing. He is wholly unfit to lead our state, and he has avoided the consequences of his actions for far too long.

Will you sign this petition today demanding Ken Paxton resign from the Attorney General’s office and finally own up to his crimes:

We can hope that Paxton will come to his senses and do what’s right, but unfortunately, voters are the only ones who can truly hold him accountable. He’s on the ballot this November, and when we vote him out, Friend, you can bet he’ll have hell to pay.

So will you chip in $7 before our end-of-quarter fundraising deadline to elect Rochelle Garza as our next Attorney General, kick Ken Paxton out of office, and put him where he really belongs, behind bars?

Chip in now: [link removed]

This crook has no business leading our state. And when we have a real leader like Rochelle Garza on the ballot, the choice is clear. Let’s give this clown the boot.
