This October, we're challenging you to Dip A Day. That's one dip in ANY form of cold water. Everyday. For all of October.

Sea swims, paddling pools, icy showers – it all counts. It's a great way to boost your well-being, meet like-minded water lovers, and raise ocean-saving funds at the same time.

And to top it all off, one lucky fundraiser will win a brand-new dryrobe® advance change robe from our friends at dryrobe®, who we've partnered with for another year. But hurry – the deadline to sign up is September 30th.
