Your nonprofit’s voter engagement work just got stronger, bolder, and safer.

Bolder Advocacy, in partnership with The Democracy Capacity Project, just a launched a free new series: Practical Guidance – Nonprofit Voter Assistance: [link removed]

These guides are designed to:

- Empower your nonprofit to create and run bold and effective civic engagement, democracy support, and Get Out the Vote (GOTV) programs at state and local levels, and
- Maintain compliance with complex state laws and regulations that govern these activities.
We understand that by helping you avoid activities where state law restrictions create dangerous ambiguities or exclusions of certain actions, your efforts can be redirected towards making your programs bolder, more effective, and operationally easier to execute.
