John,
The 2020 midterm elections are just weeks away, and already, voters across the country have started casting their ballots.
And this year, the stakes couldn’t be higher. Here’s what we’re voting for:
*
Abortion
rights
and
reproductive
freedom
in
the
face
of
extreme
Republican
abortion
bans
*
Affordable,
accessible
health
care
for
everyone
in
our
country
*
Action
to
address
climate
change
*
Meaningful
gun
reform
*
Defense
of
our
democracy
The list goes on, John.
But here’s the truth: We can’t tackle our biggest challenges and make meaningful change if voters can’t safely and fairly cast their ballots this year.
And with voting under attack by Republicans across the country, we’re working harder than ever to protect every single voter . We’re funding voter protection staff in battleground states, who are fighting to ensure that voters can make their voices heard.
But we need your help. We’re running out of time to fully execute our voter protection programs, but with your support, we’ll have the resources we need. Can we count on you for a $20 donation? [[link removed]]

We Fund Voter Protection
In 2020, we ran the Democratic Party’s Voter Protection Program in Georgia, when the state flipped blue for the first time in nearly 30 years.
We pioneered a new model of voter protection, built on sustained investments and long-lasting relationships.
Now, we’re building on that success and adapting the Georgia model to fight voter suppression in other states.
