About the job
This position will be responsible for working with the owning agency's and their assets to maintain our 60 day commitment to return proceeds to disposing agencies by promptly returning all phone calls, emails and relisting all defaulted auctions as well as the ability to receive, count items in a warehouse inventory system, and record the data either manually or on a computer. This position works with the supervisor and auctioneer team to learn, discuss and develop the overall strategies for evaluating, sorting, tracking, recycling and selling surplus property. The candidate selected for this role will also works with the Surplus staff to discuss the most efficient layout of the warehouse and yard. Other routine duties include answering public and priority customer questions and concerns, and interacting during the selling of property.
This recruitment will be used to fill 2 full-time positions working Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 4:00pm.
