** SCOTUS Watch: What the Upcoming Supreme Court Term Means for Democracy ([link removed])
------------------------------------------------------------
If you registered previously, we'll see you online tomorrow!

Earlier this summer, CLC democracy advocates Paul Smith and Aseem Mulji sounded the alarm on the U.S. Supreme Court under Chief Justice John Roberts and what its troubling decisions mean for democracy. On September 28, on the eve of the start of a new Supreme Court term, Paul and Aseem are at it again. They'll be joined by Helen White of Protect Democracy and U.S. Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse from the state of Rhode Island for a preview of the upcoming cases that could dramatically alter the course of our democracy and the immediate and long-term impact of these decisions.

Date: Wednesday, September 28, 2022
Time: 2:30 p.m. Eastern/11:30 a.m. Pacific
