About the job
Located in the Contracts and Procurement Division (C&P), the IT Technical Analyst provides expert level technical advice and consultation to help DES effectively implement effective and innovating statewide contracts for IT goods and services. In this role, you will support the DES mission by serving as an IT technical expert that independently provides business analysis for IT service delivery for DES Master Contracts. You will apply in-depth business expertise and analytical processes to identify IT service delivery processes in research, analytics and developing requirements. You will need to understand business drivers and collaborate with sourcing teams and IT Master Contracts staff to develop solicitations and improve IT service delivery.
