The State House is back in session today and here’s why that’s a big deal:

They’re going to debate whether or not to expand Nancy Mace’s 6 week abortion ban. They’ve already voted to pass a total abortion ban with no exceptions, so it’s all too likely that they’ll vote in favor of this expanded abortion ban.

Guess which side Mace is on? A video surfaced last week of Mace claiming: "Roe v. Wade is extreme. That is not where the rest of the country is. This hysteria over Roe v. Wade is completely manufactured."

Clearly, the Lowcountry's representative is out of sync with the real feelings of the Lowcountry. The majority of voters are not in favor of these extreme limitations on reproductive rights. Now, we need to do something about it.
