Dear John,
As we move further into the campaign season, I’d like to share the differences between my opponent and myself.
In 2021 my opponent, Sarah Marvin was one of the parents who filed suit against the T/E School District in opposition of the masking mandate during the Covid pandemic.
SM: Education - Her primary goal in running for election is to be a voice to fight for school choice and to promote home-schooling and alternative styles to education. – May 8, 2022 The 1776 Project - Rumble interview
ME: Education - I am a strong supporter of public education. Parents already have a choice. I believe that charter schools should operate under the same rules as public schools.
SM: Abortion - Self-proclaimed ‘pro-life’ and feels Roe was unconstitutional. She feels if you live in a state that doesn’t align with your views, then you should move. – May 8, 2022 The 1776 Project - Rumble interview
ME: Abortion - I believe that government has no business telling a woman what she can do with her body. I have and will always stand for a woman’s right to choose.
SM: Election Reform - She agrees with absentee ballots because a voter has to request it and believes that mail-in ballots are unconstitutional and would like to see that option ended. She feels the system is corrupt. She is also in favor of going back to paper ballots and having them counted on election night – May 8, 2022 The 1776 Project - Rumble interview
ME: Election Reforms – The fact is that mail-in ballots are requested just as absentee ballots are. I would like the legislature to pass legislation that would allow all the ballots to be opened and prepped prior to election day so that we can get results in a quicker fashion like Florida does. I have faith in our process and the people, our neighbors, who work so hard on our election.
SM: Supports Doug Mastriano, Dr. Oz & Guy Ciarrocchi
ME: I support Josh Shapiro, John Fetterman, Chrissy Houlahan, Katie Muth (Schuylkill Twp)
The stakes can’t get any higher this election. From Governor, Lt Governor, US Senate, US Representative, State Senate (where applicable) to the State House – the differences are enormous.
Please consider spending a few hours of election day at your polling place, greeting your neighbors and supporting me and our entire ticket. Please tell every voter you know how important this election is and they need to vote, either by mail in or in person. We MUST get out the vote this election so we can move Pennsylvania and our nation forward. We MUST remind everyone to vote down the ENTIRE ballot.
Thank you for your continued support.
