NOTICE:

State Loan and Investment Board Special Meeting Dates Set to Consider Water and Sewer and Health and Human Services American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Grant Applications

Grant applications certified as complete for ARPA eligible Water and Sewer (W&S) projects will be considered by the State Loan and Investment Board (SLIB) at a Special Meeting on October 27, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ??Should additional time be required, SLIB will continue its evaluation of W&S applications at a Special Meeting on November 3, 2022, beginning at 8:00 a.m.

Grant applications certified as complete for ARPA eligible Health and Human Services (HHS) capital construction projects will be considered by the SLIB at a Special Meeting on November 3, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (start time depends on whether additional time is needed for W&S applications) and may continue on November 4, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Should additional time be required for consideration of HHS applications, SLIB may convene another Special Meeting on November 9, 2022.

In order to accommodate participation by the public, the SLIB Special Meetings will be held in a ?hybrid? format.? All SLIB Special Meetings will convene in-person in the Capitol Complex Auditorium, and via web conference. For in-person attendance, the Auditorium is located on the lower level of the Capitol Complex and can be accessed via the Herschler Building located at 122 West 25th Street in Cheyenne, Wyoming.? Members of the public requesting to appear virtually via web conference will have an opportunity to request a Zoom link from the Office of State Lands and Investments (OSLI) when the meeting dates get closer. Of course, the meetings will also be live-streamed on the YouTube application for public viewing.

Additional information concerning these SLIB Special Meetings will be available on the OSLI website lands.wyo.gov as the meeting dates approach.

Please be aware that with the high volume of public comment expected at these SLIB Special Meetings, a time limit may be imposed for each speaker in order to ensure that all parties wishing to speak may be heard. ??
