Friend, I’m not being hyperbolic:

Climate is on the ballot in the November 8 election.

Prop 30, the Clean Air Initiative, is the only climate measure on the statewide ballot. We have an opportunity to make California cleaner, greener, and healthier by voting YES on Prop 30.

In addition to Prop 30, EnviroVoters has endorsed a slew of Assembly, State Senate, and Congressional candidates up and down the state – all environmental warriors who will consistently introduce and support bold climate policies.

This election is such an incredible and unique opportunity to lay the groundwork for years of meaningful climate action, friend.

California has not had this many open, competitive legislative seats in 12 years!

Electing our endorsed climate champions will secure a climate majority in the State Legislature and keep Democrats in the majority in Congress. With legislative majorities, our leaders will be able to pass more transformational policies like the whopping $54 billion climate state budget or the Inflation Reduction Act at the federal level.

Passing Prop 30 will invest tens of billions of dollars into making electric vehicles more affordable and making charging and fueling stations more accessible. It will also fund more firefighters, equipment and mitigation to prevent extreme wildfires and better support our firefighters on the frontlines.

Remember, friend: November 8 is the last day of voting, but early voting will begin in TWO WEEKS when ballots get mailed out!
