Katie Porter plays a righteous character when the C-SPAN cameras are pointed at her. She holds up her white board pretending to be looking out for the little guy. But when the cameras aren’t rolling, Katie Porter doesn’t hesitate to use her position of power to benefit herself and her friends…

Case in point: she was just caught abusing her power to strong-arm a mayor into helping get a man she lives with off the hook for assault. As if that wasn’t bad enough, at the same time, she trashed the local police in a tirade as corrupt as it is disgusting.

Let’s be clear on the facts:

The Irvine Police Department did their job in arresting a man for assault. The only problem? That man lives with Katie Porter in her taxpayer-subsidized $1.9 million dollar house.

That’s when Porter — who never hesitates to use her position of power for personal gain — attempted to strong-arm the Mayor into intervening, calling police officers a “disgrace” for doing their job protecting the community from Katie Porter’s live-in criminal.

You’d be forgiven for thinking this all sounds like something straight out of House of Cards. Katie Porter is as corrupt as they come.

That’s why I’m fighting with everything I’ve got to defeat her and restore moral decency to this position, but Katie Porter’s backroom deals have helped her amass a fortune to defeat me. As a result, I’m getting outspent 10 to 1. I need your help to win.
