Donald Trump is diving into the midterm Senate elections, setting up a super PAC that’s pouring millions of dollars into key battleground states in his efforts to flip the Senate red, and ultimately set himself up for another presidential run in 2024. 

Donald Trump is a fundraising machine, and his involvement in this year’s election now means we’ll be up against a wall of money. We’ve said from the start that this was going to be a tough year for Democrats, and with the former president jumping into the race, it’s going to get even harder. 

But we can’t give up now. We have one last end-of-quarter FEC report before Election Day, and we need to make sure it accurately shows the strength of this movement. Donald Trump, Mitch McConnell, and national Republicans will be poring over these reports to search for any sign of weakness, so we need to make sure we’re ready.
