I wanted to take a moment and thank you for helping my team push back against the lies that MAGA Republicans have been spreading about me these last few weeks.
 
Fox News came after me. Donald Trump Jr. came after me. My own Republican colleagues on the Judiciary Committee came after me.
 
In truth, they’re lashing out because they’re scared. A couple months ago, Kevin McCarthy thought for sure that he would be the next Speaker. Now, he’s not so certain.
 
 
Frankly, I’m flattered that they’ve decided to attack me. I want nothing to do with the cult of Trump. My plan to reform the Supreme Court, my work to elect as many visionary Democrats as possible, and my commitment to upholding the values I was elected to defend – that combination makes me a nightmare for MAGA Republicans. And I’m glad they know it.
 
Despite their frustrations as they lose momentum and lose the support of voters, Republicans are still determined to do whatever it takes to win. And John, I’ll level with you. We’re not going to keep the majority in the House unless we all dig deep and work together to expose MAGA Republicans in Congress for the power-hungry, spineless people they are.
