In a moment, John, I'm going to ask you to contribute $39 (or whatever you can) to my campaign. (If you don't need an explanation, you can click here to give → [link removed] )
When I announced my candidacy for Attorney General, I knew I'd be up against a lot of entrenched special interests that want to keep Chris Carr in office. Carr is counting on big checks from his allies to fill his campaign war chest. But I decided to run a different campaign.
Every step of the way, I've emphasized my record of representing Georgians in the face of predatory lenders, insurance companies, and polluters. While Carr takes his marching orders from moneyed special interests and far-right political committees, I've run on reigning in the influence of corporations, fighting for reproductive choice, standing up to the gun lobby, and protecting voting rights.
Online grassroots fundraising has been a key to this campaign's success from Day One. To illustrate this point: among small-dollar donors, the average gift to our emails since winning the primary last month has been just $39.
With only four days left before our next public disclosure deadline, we're counting again on grassroots support to reach our goal. That's why I'm reaching out to ask: can you give $39 (or any amount) before Friday? We need at least XX more people to chip in today to keep us on pace.

Every additional donation — whether it's $39 or more — helps us lay the groundwork for victory. And with our numbers going public after this week, reaching our goal on the strength of so many small-dollar donors will send an unmistakable message about our momentum.
We're working to reach the finish line with the same energy that turned Georgia blue in the 2020 presidential election and flipped two U.S. Senate seats. We expect this race to be just as close as those elections were, which is why we're leaving no stone unturned before Election Day.
So please, chip in $39 now to help me continue running as the voice that Georgians need. Meeting our goal will be critical to our ultimate success.

Thanks so much,
Jen
