By now you probably know my opponent, Mike Garcia, is one of the most vehemently anti-choice Republicans who is leading the charge to ban abortion nationally.
You also may have heard about how he aligned himself with insurrections and voted against certifying the election of President Biden.
Honestly, these two reasons are enough to send Mike Garcia packing.

But MAGA Mike's extremism doesn't stop there. Just take a look at his record: *
- He voted against the American Rescue Plan that put money back into the pockets of working Americans after the biggest health crisis in a generation
- He sided with the pharmaceutical industry and voted against capping the cost of insulin at $35/month
- He failed to protect free and fair elections and the right to vote by voting against the For the People Act
- He voted against reauthorizing the Violence Against Women Act
- He voted against the Safer Communities Act, a common-sense, bipartisan gun safety bill that will protect schools, children, and our neighborhoods
- He voted against a bill to get baby formula back on store shelves during the formula shortage crisis
- He voted against codifying the right to use contraception
I could go on and on, but this list is getting long and you get the picture.
Mike Garcia has shown us who he is. When given the opportunity, he will side with his billionaire campaign contributors and corporate lobbyists Every. Single. Time.
And if Republicans take control of Congress, he's even more dangerous and will rubber stamp every far-right bill handed to him.
As one of only a small handful of true toss-up districts in the country, CA-27 is a must-win for Democrats to keep the House. I'm here to fight with everything I have to make it happen, but I need you in this fight with me.
