John,
As we mark the start of the Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashanah, I extend a warm Shanah Tovah Umetukah to the Jewish community of Philadelphia.
Rosh Hashanah is a time to reflect on the blessings of the past year. It is a time to look forward and think about the ways we can come together to overcome challenges with love and compassion.
On this day, may we think about the ways that we want to create a safe and welcoming community for all.
I wish all people of the Jewish faith a joyful new year.
