Ken Paxton is in serious trouble. And no, we don’t mean the legal kind.
Okay, well, technically, yes, he is also still in legal trouble, but what I’m saying is that Ken Paxton is facing a very competitive race at the hands of Democratic AG nominee for Texas, Rochelle Garza.
Rochelle Garza is a civil rights attorney, abortion rights activist, and lifelong advocate for immigrants. She will be an AG with the lived experience to represent and protect her constituents.
Things are also getting tight in Kansas, where part-time swindler and full-time Trump superfan Kris Kobach is trying to avoid his third consecutive loss for statewide office. Democratic AG candidate Chris Mann is a former police officer and prosecutor who has spent his whole life serving the public and will be a great representative for Kansans.
Kris Kobach is only up 2 points in this race. We can close the gap, but we need the resources to communicate with voters over the final month and a half of the campaign.
