I want to take a moment to wish all my friends in the Jewish community a happy and sweet new year.

The holiday liturgy refers to Rosh Hashanah as the birthday of the world. It’s a time to think about how we made our world a better place in the last year, and how we can continue to make the world even better in the year to come.

On behalf of all of us at the NYGOP, Erin and I wish you the best in the year 5783. Shana Tova Tikatevu.
