Well team, to say that this is not good news is a bit of an understatement:

"Republican Mark Finchem leads Adrian Fontes in Arizona secretary of state poll"

Let’s review the facts:

- First, Donald Trump hand-picked QAnon conspiracy theorist Mark Finchem to run for Arizona secretary of state. This is a guy who isn’t just a member of the Oath Keepers, but he participated in the Capitol riot on January 6th.
- Recently, when a reporter asked him if he’d certify the results should Joe Biden win Arizona again in 2024, he laughed. He told her that what she was asking about -- the idea that Biden could legitimately win Arizona -- was a “fantasy.”
- Now, he’s leading in the polls by five points.

The worst part is, voters aren’t paying enough attention to these races -- despite the fact that they will likely determine whether Trump’s scheme to get back to the White House pays off. A QAnon candidate having a five-point lead in a battleground state with a month left to go is alarming, but this race is far from over. In lower profile races like these, people like you and I have the power to make a difference.

What we don’t have is unlimited time -- the window to impact the outcomes of these critical secretary of state races is closing, so we’ve got to act fast.

There’s exactly one week left until the next FEC filing deadline -- the last quarterly deadline we’ll face before the election. If we’re serious about defeating dangerous MAGA extremists like Finchem, we need to get to work putting our money where our mouths are.
