Friends, a decision on the future of DACA could come at any day.
The 5th Circuit Court — which has 3 Republican appointed judges who’ve already made many harmful rulings that impact our communities — will soon deliver a decision on DACA.
We have to prepare for the worst case scenario: The possibility that DACA might not make it till the end of the year, shutting the program down to new applications and even renewals.
We have to prepare for a potential fight that goes all the way up to the Supreme Court. But we’ve won there before, thanks to the power of our immigrant-led grassroots movement.
Will you make a $10 donation to support us in the DACA fight ahead? The future of the program is uncertain, and we need to be prepared to fight for immigrant communities.

This wouldn’t be the first time we take our DACA fight all the way to the Supreme Court.
Our communities sprung into action when Trump abruptly ended DACA in 2017. Undocumented leaders and immigrant rights allies filed lawsuits to challenge the decision. We went to the Supreme Court — and we won.
But now, with the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals set to rule any day on the legality of the DACA program, we could be soon left without any real protections.
So, we’re already making preparations for the fight ahead. This weekend, we’re training one hundred affiliate volunteers on deportation defense in a future without DACA — expanding our Know Your Rights campaign and fighting to end the deportation machine.
Grassroots supporters like you were critical to our victory at the Supreme Court in 2020 — and we are counting on you again with the lives and livelihoods of hundreds of thousands of immigrant youth in jeopardy.
Please, make a donation to join us in the fight ahead.
